I’d like to tell people to expect to sweat like a pig, but unfortunately, I have found that most people’s pores are not trained to sweat. From years of toxic build up, our pores have become clogged like the bottom of an old iron, full of mineral deposits from sitting on the shelf and not being used. It may take a couple sessions in the sauna before you are able to open up all your pores and truly release the toxins you have accumulated over the course of your lifetime. But you can rest assured, once your pores have been opened and begin to purge, you will be able to break into a sweat within seconds of entering the TheraSauna.

I recommend you bring along a cotton T-shirt and pair of cotton shorts to wear in the TheraSauna, this way you will have the freedom to move around into different positions with out the restrictions of being wrapped up in a towel.

I used to be able to read in the TheraSauna, but after using the system for only a few short weeks, even my fingers sweat, causing reading to be more of a challenge. For that reason, I have moved on to meditation.
